KING RULEY ENTERPRISE'S LLC operates Ruley Systems. This notice describes how this website handles information submitted through the inquiry form.

What you provide

The form collects your name, email address, business name or website, area of interest, and the message you choose to send. Form processing services may also record the submission time and technical request information. Please do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive client information.

How it is used

We use inquiry information to evaluate your request, communicate with you, arrange a discovery call, and keep a record of that conversation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to an advertising email list.

Storage and access

Applications are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, and email is handled by our email provider. These services process information to operate the website and deliver your inquiry. We retain inquiry emails as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. FormSubmit may use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. Hosting and form services may separately process technical request and security information.

Your questions and requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, or to ask about this notice, contact owenruley@icloud.com. Some records may need to be retained for an ongoing engagement or applicable obligations.

Advertising and tracking

This version of the website does not include a Meta Pixel or advertising analytics script. Any future tracking will require an updated notice.
